IberoAmerica Ensemble was born in the Midwestern city of Milwaukee in 2001, when a group of friends found each other in their musical journey far away their own roots, but close enough to give their audience a taste of their Latin and Hispanic heritage.

This particular group brings to the musical scene an exquisite blend of sounds and rhythms, not only through the hands of the artists, but with their interpretation of the unique Latin pulse and its melodic contour.

Their performances include various venues like the Wisconsin Conservatory “Helen Bader” Recital Hall, the Peck School of the Arts Recital Hall (UWM), the United Community Center Auditorium, and the Cedarburg Cultural Center, among others.

IberoAmerica Ensemble has already reached the other side of the world through what is one of the most important values in Latin American culture: La Familia. One of its founders, Ana Ruth Bermudez, cellist and arranger, has opened her heart to a new generation of Cuban, and Spain born artists, sharing the Ensemble’s musical passion with a whole new audience in the old continent.
